Delivery Areas

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. For international deliveries outside the EU, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (within the EU): 3–7 business days

• International (non-EU): 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local courier schedules.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €150 within the EU.

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up in person? We offer free in-store pickup at our Lyon showroom. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive it, feel free to contact our team.

Packaging

All items are carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery. We strive to use sustainable and recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@vidacharmy.com within 7 days of receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
